I may need full throttle, but I get your point.

You don't fully get the point. You never need full throttle when driving, OTOH, you do need maximum grip for unforeseen circumstances.

4" 80psi tyres don't actually exist, so you need to look at what you can actually buy rather than think up something that you want.
