Good work! Now the fun really begins.
Read the 700 FAQ to see about various methods of loosening and re-tightening the crank bolt. It's not terribly difficult when you know a couple tricks. The "rope trick" sounds a little strange but it really does work- I've done a dozen of them this way in the driveway.
I like to break loose the bolt using the starter motor, but the rope works here as well. Note on a 240, all three shafts must be aligned to the timing marks. On the 700 or 900, the intermediate shaft doesn't matter.
Good luck with it and post here if you have any trouble with the job. Don't piss off the landlord!
