Febi is fine, never had a problem with them.

Yes the dowels are necessary, unless you have an original non dowelled flywheel, AND the special bolts that accurately locate the clutch, They have a fat part below the head.

I'm in Europe, we don't get Cloyes stuff, or at least I've never seen it.
