Mods to the T5 conversion 140-160

The problem I am having is that I have to have my clutch adjusted as far as possible to get enough action out of the pedal to release the clutch. This leaves me no adjustment for wear or fine tunning.

Interesting you think simply a nut will be enough extra length? I was expecting to have to extend the threads somehow in order to be able to thread in to the bell housing securely.
