PCV freezing?!? S90-V90

Hmmmmm, well this car is the first one that has given me this sort of temp related problem. Never happened with my 740s and of course I don't drive the V90 in the winter... The 960 spends a large amount of it's time on the hwy and not alot in the city with me, but it did come from Miami in the spring of '05. I imagine it spent a lot of time city driving there, considering what the area is like for population...
