FCP Groton Introduction

Brendan,

I can second this well-explained criticism, and I have myself been in this position. Always, when there is a problem with an order, good customer service has ensured my consumer loyalty. Having worked a job where I was responsible for packing boxed orders, I totally understand how mixups can happen. From my retail experience, I also know that being as well-versed as possible with the product ends up increasing sales as well as customer retention. At the end of my tenure working retail, I would have customers ask for me by name because they knew I would do right by them, and make sure they didn't have to come back a second time. That's the kind of customer service we're all hoping to get from our auto parts stores.

Thanks, and keep up the good work. The customer service has been superior at FCP Groton every time I have done business with you.

Ari
