I talked to management and one of our tech's about this. We get a very large number of emails every day about multiple things, and they are still working their way down the list from the weekend. We have a very busy Monday today, but I know that is no excuse.

We just made our tech aware of your issue and your email, however if he still hasn't made it down to your message yet (again, I apologize) please feel free to call him at 877-634-0063 ext 206.
