I'd like you guys to all know that I understand the complications with our current website.

For orders we go through a portal company. They handle the merchant side of things along with getting orders from the website into our automated systems which will tell the warehouse guys what order has come in the second it was placed to minimize human involvement for efficiency's sake.

For the time being, they are the sole host of our website. We can modify it here and there but we really can't do any giant renovation without their complete involvement.

Going completely independent virtually is moving it's way up in our priority list, and as the new Network Administrator I have brought many concerning issues to FCP's attention. I think within time, we will utilize my involvement and create a more user friendly website while not ruining what features it does currently provide well to users.

Thanks for the comments, but know that we know the tip jar has to be paid out at some point! =].
