George,

I appreciate the modesty of your post but most importantly, the honesty. Your example with your take out was a very good one. Even if human error allows mistakes still exist after years of doing the same thing, that does not mean that it "should" happen.

Your opinions will be taken to the heart, and thank you for coming forward.
