no 2-3 shift on BW35 120-130

I bet it was the rapping on the transmission :-)

Seriously, if the kickdown mechanism was stuck somewhere along the line, that or the cycling of the cable could have freed it up. As said, even if the kickdown is stuck, it should still shift to 3rd at a high enough speed... 50-60mph... (I don't know exactly.. that's just a guess)

So, if it happens again, I'd get 'er up to speed and see if eventually makes the shift.
