This sounds a lot like someone else's issue a couple of months ago. IIRC, he said it'd start but no power after a few minutes. He did everything also to no avail, to find it was a clogged fuel filter. He cut it open later I believe and lots of black stuff fell out.
I don't know how to search for that exactly but maybe you can search somehow. Or try a new filter.
