So the noise is coming from the middle of the car?
That's not a lot of information to start with.

You started it after you got home and it made the noise. Where did that noise come from? The middle again? The middle side to side? The middle end to end?

This is not meant to pick on you, but you really have to give more info if you are expecting a decent response.
