If it's the center bearing, they're actually pretty easy to replace.
Just make sure that you mark the driveshaft before splitting the two halves so you can be sure to put it back together in the same alignment.

You may want to consider doing the u-joints while you have the driveshaft out anyway.

Not a bad job for a DIY'er with reasonable mechanical skills.
