the 120 s had 2 different types of bushing for the support bearing. One (later) was a rubber donut that surrounded the bearing, and a metal bracket that bolted solidly to the body . The other (yours I believ and pre "68 was a metal bracket that taht held the bearing solidly and had 2 small donut rubber rings on the bottom that fitted into two pins which were attached to the body. yours looks a little reefed.
You may be able to rebuild it. This is not a precise bit of engineering getting it close will do it.
If you can't fix it, source the later model bracket and retro fit it to you car. It is a more sloid design....not to mention it does not destroy the mount when the bearing seizes.
