Ignition Timing 120-130

I read that a B18B is 17˚-19˚ BTDC w/ engine speed at 1500rpm, and a B20B would be 10˚ BTDC with vacuum advance removed to set and engine speed around 600-800rpm.

They are both pretty much the same thing. If you set it to 10˚ BTDC @ Idle, then rev it to 1500 rpm, you should see something like 19˚. Also check that it does not exceed 35° when you give it a quick blip up to 4000 rpm.
