"My distributor DOES NOT have timing advance function"
That's totally WRONG. Your distributor has a centrifigal advance. If you cannot twist the rotor in the direction of rotation about 20 degrees and when let go it snaps back it is because the mechanism is stuck--and that's probably your main problem. It all can come apart and be cleaned. If you can't fix it I can supply you with a distributor that works. -- Dave
