I've seen an HIF fitted to an Amazon, sorry no pics, but I don't think much was needed to modify the existing linkage. It's similar to the PV so you shouldn't have too much to do.
Brit cars? I don't know if you got any late Metro/Maestro/Montegos out there, but that's the only applications I can think off off hand.
