Forgive my question, but is this car a turbo?

I had a '90 744 TI that had its CPU fail.

When I called the junk yard, (they had over 700 Volvos) They had CPUs for regular engines for $50, but wanted $500 for a turbo CPU. Supply and demand! Also, they did not have any to sell!

You might try to list this problem as a CPU failure and see what you get.
