Starter service socket 700

"Easier to reach than the starter."

Easier yes, but the path to the solenoid does go thru the NSSwitch.
(Something to consider if service socket jumper doesn't work.)

If the Ignition switch is suspected, the service socket can be tested for 12V from switch in Key Position III.
(The NSS is NOT in the circuit for this test.)
