Check engine light 200 1992

Ok, got code 1-3-1, rpm signal missing.
Looks like sensor is very recent, based on condition of wire.
Injection relay on drivers side of engine compartment seems ok( shaking) tapping it has no effect.
Cleaned fuel pump fuse, but no improvement.
Checked battery terminals, coil connection, both ok.
Car seemed ok this morning- drove 35 miles w/o problem. It was foggy, but cleared by the time I came back to car.
Then yesterday s issue returned, check engine finally came on continuously , car stalled several times, and I had it towed
