Check your connection at the ECU. Recently, I was getting the 1-4-4 and the 'rpm missing' faults. When I was inspecting the fuel pump relay, I inadvertently bumped into the ECU harness which caused a stall. I disconnected the harness and sprayed some electrical parts cleaner, then greased. No more light.
