123 Distributor install help - B20F

https://goo.gl/photos/y52dU8TF2LHuddN29

Sorry, haven't figured out the image posting on this board.
I've included:
Pic of original distributor installed in running position,
Original rotor orientation,
123 set to static timing point (led showing)
Injector trigger connections
Coil connections - Pertronix coil, 1.5ohm, top is + bottom is -
Installed and capped 123.
Today after installation I tried starting and actually had it trying to run for 10 or 15 seconds while feathering the throttle but then died.
I realize the trigger connection is somewhat flawed but it was meant only to confirm everything was working before hacking into the actual harness. The long term plan would be to cut the harness and install a molex connector for the 123 and then create a molexed pigtail for the d-jet as well in case I wanted to put it back in for any reason. Looked a bit for a female version of the bosch connector but couldn't find anything.
I contacted the 123IgnitionUSA, who I bought it from and they recommended I email the guys in the Netherlands to address my issue. Sent that email today. Hopefully I'll see a response tomorrow morning.
Please let me know if you can get to the linked pictures.
