I certainly would. And have a look at the front seals and alternator pulley bushings while you are in there. And the belt tensioner. I would replace the water pump with a Volvo OEM type when they were good with cast impellers, but I see now they are cheaper looking. Do not overtighten the alternator belts and these Volvo pumps lasted a long long time. Never found the aftermarket ones to last.

You build confidence in your old car with these replacements. Definitely, timing belt and water pump!
