problem with the brakes... 140-160 1972

My ´72 142 has very weak brakes, it is impossible to lock the wheels even on a wet road. The servo works, I have new discs and pads in the front and there is no leakage or loss of brake fluid anywhere. When I hit the brakes the vehicle runs straight so to speak, it doesn´t turn as it would have if any of the brake "cylinders" would have gone bad. Also, the warning light valve is not working at all for some reason.

Where to begin?
