Quick note in addition to posts 900 1994

I don't get it.

The stub axle rotates? I never saw anything like that before. Otherwise you can just torque the thing however you can do it, like on other non-drive axle sealed bearing assemblies. The wheel won't do anything because the bearing separates the efforts of the two anyway.

Did I read the question wrong? It's happened before...
