Quick note in addition to posts 900 1994

If you have access to an impact wrench, torque the nut first, then mark a reference point.

THEN blast the nut to the right angle with the impact wrench. Use the lowest setting unless it won't move the nut (so that you don't smoke the nut). This is pretty effective in getting that last few degrees that normally out of reach. I've never had to do a Volvo sealed hub on the 700/900 series, but the design is similar to most sealed hubs on non-drive axles.
