Lock-up torque converter problem 700 1991

you can pull out the entire relay tray. there are clips on the bottom corners in the front. you have to pry them apart somewhat, and then lift the relay tray outwards and towards you (the rear of the car). this WILL require a little bit of force.

once you pull out the tray, things should be MUCH easier to mess around with.
