you need to pull out the relay and take the top off gently. it's a plastic clippy type of top. i've never done it before, but i have pulled off the top of a turn signal relay before so i imagine it's the same roughly. the detailed description should be in the FAQ. people call it Fosterizing the relay, named after Mr. Foster, who posts frequently here. :-)
