Seat the new seals slightly off the grovve left by the old ones. Lube them and tamp them in gently, making sure not to get them cocked.

Change your water pump while you're at it.

Haynes is OK, unless you want to spend much money for Bentley, which is much better.

I'm a fan of Voluparts in Atlanta, but FCP Groton in Connecticut is the cheapest.
