The dealer should hav enever sold you those Teflon seals. They were replaced by a different set of pistons and a different single O-ring.

Tp properly install the Teflon seal, the seal must be heated to 300F to prevent damage as it is stretched over the piston.

Your problem is the seals you replaced when you removed and replaced the OD. You will need to do it again, this time with the correct parts.

I'll see if I have a set of the pistons. The dealer would want way too much for them.
