Chuck I'm not sure how to tell if the throttle body is a Bosch or Bendix. When I cleaned the throttle body I brought it to the dealer to get a throttle body gasket - the part number they gave me was 1271488-7 - it fit. I don't see any indication on the throttle body who made it.

Additional information:
Error codes are 1-1-1 in both terminals 2 and 6.
Throttle switch clicks when I step on gas pedal and also when I release it
