Steve,
Thanks for the sanity check. I checked the firing order and that's fine. I swapped the injectors as was suggested and the plug fouling follows those injectors. I moved injectors 1 and 4 to 2 and 3 respectively and now plugs 2 and 3 have the dark deposits.

I pulled the injectors and just let them stand for a bit. Those two are leaking. I'm sure it doesn't take much to cause a problem.

I appreciate everyone's help. I've certainly learned a great deal about the fuel injection system!
