Hi Phil,

You're right - I must have been tired when I thought that I saw that because works like you said..

I changed the condensor (I didn't think that it was necessary as there was a new one on the distributor, but still...). I redid the carb settings from scratch as well and although there is still a slight misfire it seems to be running better. The supplier that I bought the camshaft from thinks that maybe the SM needles are a problem and that KNs might be better.

I checked the plug leads again and they're in the right order.

I'll keep playing with the mixture (learning as I go along) and will try the KN needles if I can't get any more improvement.
