Yep, I already though I was going to get suggestions pointing at other things, but the only thing I did was change front the wheel bearings! Weird, weird, weird. Still finding it hard to believe!

(btw. about the diff, it was the pinionshaft bearings that got hot, not the 'big-ones' inside. Tires exactly the same, no LSD.
