Hard to imagine 120-130

I can imagine right now it's easy to say 'why didn't I think of that before' but believe me, the way things went, nobody would have though of that.

The main reason is that the vibrations, extreme hot diff and support bearing, started right on the spot right after I fitted a TILTED M46, put in an other engine, fitted different drive shafts, and tinkered with the diff.

Because nobody had fitted a M46/47 TILTED, nobody could give me advise on if it would work or not, and would perhaps cause vibrations or so. I did notice that the vibes increased doing a right hand corner, but since the tranny was TILTED to the left I logically though that it was the tranny (G-forces in righthand corners would make the tranny 'feel' even more tilted, and cause more problems). And since I also put in a different engine, different drive shaft, tinkered with the diff and so on, it was logic to look there, and surely NOT at some front wheel bearing that was fine only just a second ago...

And also, would you ever had linked (or even believed) that a FRONT wheel bearing would cause a REAR axle to over heat? I sure wouldn't have!

cheers all, ben
