Elring,

I wouldn't bother with such 'snake oil' treatments available. There are 10,000 of them up for grabs that promise the world to those who drive an un-maintained or ill-designed car. If you keep your car in tip top shape, with proper maintenance and correct fuel grade, such 'treatments' are not required, and as stated, can cause damage in some cases.
