Hi,
Sounds like a car that should give you years of reasonably trouble-free service! The regular servicing is invaluable, and is proof of a owner caring for the car.

I'll comment on the fluid leak. I wouldn't be too worried if it's just around the tank (meaning not pump or rack related). If it's from a leak, it will probably come from a crack in one of the hoses, alternatively but less likely the tank nipple. I'd cut off the end and reattach. At worst you will have to replace the hoses and possibly the tank, but neither should be expensive.
