Sammy, you might have hit the nail right on the head. It is overdue for a timing belt. I'm going to take a look at the belt first thing in the morning.
I drove the car last Tue. night, it ran fine. Wife took it Wed. morning, and she says that about 2 minutes or so from home she noticed that something was wrong, it was not as creamy, butter smooth as it usually is.
I actually have the new belt and all the new seals sitting in my garage. All I need to do is order the thing that holds the crank still while I get the crank pulley off. Heck, might as well change the belt while I'm in there working on other stuff. But if the belt has not slipped, I'll hold off until I see if I have to pull the head off or something.
Thanks,
Scott
