When I converted my '65 P130 from M40 to M41 about 20K ago, I bought the tranny and driveshaft from a '73 142. Had to shorten front shaft about 1". It slid together with my original rear shaft perfectly. I also had to notch the trans x-member to clear the bottom plate of the OD unit. Other than that it was a piece-o-cake.
