What is the Matter w/ VOLVO?

I have an 850 wagon with 210K and the front suspension doesn't feel strange at all. It feels different from my 240, partly because it's FWD, partly just because it's different, I imagine. It sounds like there's probably something hard-to-find wrong with your front end. If you can find a front-end specialist shop (not Volvo-centric) they might be able to diagnose it.

It can be helpful to have a specialist mechanic, but Volvos really aren't that different to work on than other cars. Easier, for the most part, but not that different. I mean, it's not a Ford, but...er, no, wait, it IS a Ford! ;-)
