Considering S70. Reliable? S70

I too am a 19 year old college student, and I've primarily driven volvo's all my life. I currently own a 1999 C70 HT (Basically an S70 T5 Coupe) and love it. It definitely has less issues than my 1972 Cadillac ElDorado. I've experienced only a few problems, but luckily they were taken care of by the dealer (ABS Module for free) or I was able to DIY. For me, I can easily drive to a friend's garage or my rescue squad to have tools and garage space. Before I bought this car I looked into buying a used Japanese car, mostly Lexuses (Lexi?) or Acuras, and nearly bought a 2000 Acura 3.5RL, but I found the C70 on a whim and bought it a couple of days later. All in all they are great cars with a lot of personality and a loyal following, but they can be a little expensive to maintain especially when dealing with the stealership, but after owning 3, it's hard for me to buy anything else.

Good luck!
