rough idle...what am I missing? 850

No change after cleaning the MAF. I'm really baffled. Givien teh regularity of teh miss, I was really thinking bad sparkplug/ ignition, but it's all recent and even brand spankin' new plugs didn't change it, or a a tired cylinder or burnt valve which neither the compression gauge nor a vacuum gauge indicated.

The idle speed is fine, it's just one 'weak hit' per revolution (or I guess every other revolution). Power and milage are fine, just a lumpy idle.
