Sadly, the rattle has returned and sounds like a tiny ball bearing bouncing up and down. (almost like the turn signal click, but I had the cluster out recently) I can now make it rattle by shutting the door, It's very hard to hear exactly where it's coming from and I don't have a stethoscope. Too bad it wasn't the headlight switch after all.
