Car failed annula emission test 850 1995

Well, had a trip to Staples. When I pulled my car back to my driveway and parked it, the arrow light started to flash and CEL turned on. Checked the code and it's the same 1-2-2 as before PNP switch replaced. So, if the solenoid goes bad, does the car still worth fixing?

I also didn't insert the tranny dip stick tube back properly. There's some tranny fluid leaking out. I will redo it when the car is cooling off.
