I'm going to install new plugs while I'm in there this weekend. Local stores (NAPA, Autozone, etc) don't carry Bosch. Can you advise which Champion or Autolite plugs : a. are recommended, and b. will do in a pinch. Per ALLDATA, this is a 2.3 turbo, which seems to make a difference on the plugs according to the guy at NAPA. I know I shoulda thought ahead and ordered from fcp groton or somebody, but I didn't, and I need to get the car back on the road; will probably need a known good plug for diagnosis anyway. Looking at the fasteners on the coils, I'm beginning to suspect that a prior plug change I paid for was not done--it'll be interesting if I find original Volvo plugs in there! More fun in the sun...
p.s. Is Rule 308 the American equivalent of Breaker Morant's Rule 303?
