I'd check the ECT if I were you. If it keeps telling the ECU that the engine is cold, it will keep on running rich.

Check proper readings (hot and cold) here: http://www.icbm.org/erkson/ttt/engine/fuel_injection/d-jet.html

Check with a multimeter, probably not a bad idea to check at the ECU plug too (consult a wiring diagram).
