Check the fault codes in the FAQs. 2-3-1 could be several things. The onboard diagnostics can hold up to three. Be sure that 2-3-1 is the only one by repeating the check as Nate suggested. The display will show 1-1-1 on each of the others if no other faults are stored in memory. Faulty ECU can cause a no start when all else -- fuel, spark, etc-- looks OK.
