That's interesting, but the crank position sensor has nothing to do with that 1-2 second "spin up", nor can I relate this new development to what's gone before here.
I've been following this thread and believe ("spin up" failure aside) that you may have a dying fuel pump. Low fuel pressure could account for the rich/lean code. And the random start run failures getting worse sounds much like Art Benstein's recent Regina pump on its last legs.
I'll come back with a link to Art's thread if I can find it.
