Here's the Svedish Wikipedia entry on the 544 that seems to support the existance of a B16 engined 'Sport' model?

Of course, take that with a grain of salt, there's probably as much bogus info on the web as there is accurate. They mention the B16A as having one carb, 60 hp, and the B16B Sport model as having 2 carbs, 85 hp. Of course, maybe it wasn't badged on the trunk as a 'Sport' until the B18 came along?
