According to the 544 B16 specifications guide and forward page from the 544 part catalog, if I am reading this correctly, the only "sport" models are those with part numbers 54406 and 54407 (Swedish market) or 54408 and 54409 (US Market) with specs as follows:
P54406 - B16B, M4 gearbox
P54407 - B16B, H6 gearbox
P54408 or P544-11234B - B16B, M4 or M40 gearbox
P54409 or P544-11232B - B16B, M30 gearbox
This only applies to the 544A and 544B. I also believe there were "sport" models for the 544C (first with the B18 engine) through the 544G models but couldn't find many specs for these except model numbers:
PV544C = 11234C - B18D, M40 gearbox
PV544D = 11234D - B18D, M40 gearbox
PV544E = 11234E - B18D, M40 gearbox
PV544F = 11234F - B18D
PV544G = 11234G - B18D
The only "sports" are those with the B16B engine (544A + 544B), and B18D type-1 90 HP (544C, D, E & F) as well as B18B type-2 95 HP (544G). (Or those others with real sporty drivers.)
Please correct me if I'm wrong. I had to do some Swedish to English translation. :)
I anxiously await Cam's corrections and accurate information. :)
